Queen Anne Manor is family owned and operated. This extra attention gives Queen Anne Manor a special responsiveness that other senior living communities cannot match. We are not part of a big chain and our residents notice this by our quick, decisive response to their needs. This also allows us to customize the culinary experience of our residents.
Josh Blake ~ Executive Director
Josh holds a Political Science degree from the University of Washington and has been awarded the designation of National Administrator from Senior Living University. Josh is a CPM (Certified Property Manager), a Certified Specialty Dementia Manager, and is also a Certified Boarding Home Administrator through the Washington State Department of Health and Social Services. A native of Washington, Josh resides in Seattle with his wife, three children and his dog.
Pamela Semken ~ RN / Wellness Director
Pamela is a Registered Nurse and holds both Economics and Sociology Degrees from the University of Utah. Pamela has also completed the Dementia Management Certification Program from Senior Living University. Pamela excels at creating customized care plans to address the specific needs of each resident. A favorite of families and residents alike, Pamela is committed to preserving resident independence and a high quality of life.
Terri Arnold ~ Senior Living Advisor
Terri brings deep knowledge of senior living to Queen Anne Manor. Terri's background with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care lend great value to clients seeking the right fit for retirement living. Terri's passion for assisting families through transitions is evident in her personal commitment to each and every client, both before and after move-in day.
Jane Knepper ~ Activity Director
Jane Knepper came to QAM with extensive and varied experience serving seniors. She volunteered several years for the Meals on Wheels organization, eventually moving on to doing non-medical caregiving on a private basis and as a long-term employee of a national caregiving company. Jane has led the Active Living Program at Queen Anne Manor since 2009. Jane is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University
Matt Lindsey ~ Business Manager/Human Resources
A veteran of the retirement industry, Matt has over 7 years’ experience with retirement plan administration and 401(k) and pension plan consultation. Leveraging his formal training in business and accounting, Matt manages financial operations and human resources for Queen Anne Manor. Matt holds a Business Degree from the University of Washington.
Tina Voigt ~ Memory Care Director/Licensed Practical Nurse
Tina brings over twenty years experience in healthcare to Queen Anne Manor. An LPN who holds a BA in Business Management, Tina brings a rare combination of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to Queen Anne Manor’s Special Care Community, Anna’s Garden.
John Grieco ~ Care Coordinator/Licensed Practical Nurse
John comes to Queen Anne Manor with over 25 years of management, nursing, and healthcare consulting experience. John's passion is evident in his commitment to staff training, regulatory compliance, and to create a better day for our senior residents. John holds an MBA in healthcare management.
Sharon Akers ~ Executive Chef
Sharon began her culinary career under the apprenticeship of Italian Master Chef, James Beard in San Francisco, CA. Sharon's career spans over twenty-five years as a chef ranging from fine dining in an intimate restaurant setting, to large scale restaurant management in CCRC retirement communities. Sharon oversees four different seasonal menus at Queen Anne Manor using only the finest fresh ingredients. Sharon hosts a Food Advisory Committee in colloboration with the residents to customize the culinary experience at Queen Anne Manor. Sharon holds a BA in English Literature from San Francisco University.
Sandra Reynolds ~ Lead Receptionist BSN
Sandra has worked in the field of Senior Living for over 15 years, including the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging in Washington, DC, and retirement communities throughout the country. Sandra has a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Mississippi and an English Degree from the University of Washington. Sandra is driven by her passion to give back to Seniors.
Jorge Serna ~ Maintenance Director
Jorge’s has over 20 years’ experience with painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and general maintenance. Jorge has been the Maintenance Director for Queen Anne Manor since 2003 and is proficient with emergency call systems, fire safety, and fire systems maintenance.
